Getting Started

- Quick note taking
- Full formatting features
- Translucent notes
- Change color of notes
There are many programs for note taking and why you choose one over another always comes down to personal taste. But I will draw your attention to a program that many people do not even know they have on their Mac computer. It is a program called Stickies (or "Huskesedler" in Danish) and is located in your Applications folder. It puts post it notes on your screen, that you can control size and appearance of and it is a very neat way of jotting down quick ideas and saving them for later.
If you own a Mac computer, try it out and see if it is something for you.

Need to remember something?

Open "Stickies", CMD+N (for new note), and type what you need to remember. You can export the file to a regular text file or copy/paste it when you need it elsewhere. No need for saving, it will stay inside the "Stickies" universe until you delete it.
